Irish League of Credit Unions - Coffee & Crepes Morning Roadshow

Zenith Optimedia came to us with an idea about a roadshow for their client - the Irish League of Credit Unions.  They wanted to travel nationwide and help show the public their focus on the local community. We developed the idea of a travelling coffee morning, which would allow members and the public to socialise with other community members.

Headcase were tasked with managing all elements from design, staffing, logistics, activation and documentation of a 27 day roadshow all over Ireland. As part of the campaign we were also tasked with writing & producing supporting content to help promote the roadshow.

 

·      Headcase decided upon a coffee and crepes van - which was fully rebranded to suit the Credit Union.

.   Activated in 27 counties over a 7 week period

.   Free coffee and crepes sampled in each location, as well as tables, chairs, iPads & magazines available to help create a social environment.

.   Creation of a series of 4 x online videos to accompany the roadshow 

·     Vox pop interviews were conducted to add a personal element, as well as the public opinion of the activation.

.    A really great, successful and integrated campaign that brought together elements of PR, Media, social and digital.
