Headcase proposed a first for reaching Audi owners. We designed and activated the ‘Car Park Concierge’; a multi-layered consumer activation & operation launched at the Dundrum Town Centre. Our goal was to reward the 30% whilst attracting the remaining 70%

A combination of an exclusive Audi Merchandise Shop, Tactical Media, and Brand Sales team; we were able to identify and engage with Audi drivers of all types - and no matter where or when they bought their cars, to be able to convert them into the Audi Ireland Eco-system.
The project was a huge success, beating its signup targets and delivering long-term value for both Audi servicing and sales businesses.
