For Headcase, creating a work environment that has a net positive impact on the lives of our team has always been a pillar of our manifesto & mission.

When the opportunity presented for Headcase to become involved in steering and supporting the Mind Over Matter initiative (alongside IDI) - Headcase were all-in! 

Being involved in this yearly initiative - at a very relevant time of year - is something we have enjoyed immensely.

And because the pandemic-era has wreaked havoc on so many aspects of our lives, we feel its even more important to facilitate and promote working cultures that reduce mental health stigma and normalise discussion, empathy & support at all levels in an organisation.

We look forward to doing more in this space :)
